LEGAL AGREEMENT
All the rights of the WEBOs and artwork WEBOnebula has created and designed for its clients belong to the client they were designed for and we do not hold any rights to the WEBOs Created. The client is free to register his/her WEBO created by WEBOnebula under his/her name or trademark.
REFUND POIICY
We guarantee your full satisfaction or 50% of your money back. There is a 25% administration fee for all refunds.The refund policy will not take effect: 1) If you purchase Basic, Bronze or silver. 2) If we have begun working on one of your samples and made a revision for you. 3) If the company we are making the WEBO for closes, changes their name, or their activity. 4) If the project was closed for reasons unrelated to our design. 5) If we do not hear back from you for more than 1 months. *no guarantee on printed materials.
HOW THE MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERRED
If you have paid using your credit card, the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 5 business days before the money will reflect on your account. If you have paid using a check or a money order your refund will be sent to you by check. |
